GBA Video cartridges allowed users to watch full TV episodes and movies on handheld Nintendo GameBox Advance consoles. Cartridges offered digital color video with a resolution of 240 x 160 Px and high compression. Cartridges were released between 2004 - 2007.
Released by Mattel in late 2004, the Juice Box was a low-cost media player. Dedicated player with 2.7-inch display running on Linux played ROM cartridges with videos wiht resolution 240 × 160 pixels at a maximum of 6 frames per second with highly compressed audio.
Disney Max Clips were small, postage-stamp-sized SD-style memory cards containing pre-loaded, full-length feature films, TV shows, and music videos from Disney. They were designed specifically for Disney Mix Max handheld player. Videos were stored in WMV format with resolution of 320 × 240 Px at 30 fps.
